- The BDW is conducted over five hours with key personnel from our client's organization and an MVI senior analyst. 

- The BDW provides an interactive forum for clients to explore and challenge their current business operations and their proposed strategic developments. 

- Following the conclusion of the BDW, MVI will create a summary report on the meeting, complete with our recommendations.
